CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 - 6 oz. pkg. red fruit gelatin
2 c. hot water
1 c. sugar
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 apple, unpeeled
1 orange, peel and all
1 lb. raw cranberries
1 c. celery
1/2 c. nuts

Dissolve gelatin and sugar in hot water. Cool. Add pineapple. Grind orange and cranberries in food processor. Add to gelatin. Finely chop celery, apple and nuts. Add to gelatin mixture and refrigerate overnight.
