1/2 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners' sugar
3 1/2 c. milk
2 (3 1/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
12 oz. Cool Whip
1 (20 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed in blender and divided into thirds

Cream butter, cream cheese, sugar. In another bowl, mix milk, pudding and Cool Whip. Combine mixtures. Plug hole in flower pot with foil. Put 1/3 cookies in bottom of pot, then add half of filling mixture. Add another 1/3 cookies, then other half of filling. Pot should be almost full. Top with remainder of cookies. Refrigerate at least 6 hours before serving. Add flowers and gummy worms.
