BOSTON CREAM CAKE 
1 1/2 to 2 lb. pound cake
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 1/2 c. half and half cream
2 tbsp. hot fudge, heated
2 tbsp. crushed pistachios

Slice pound cake in three slices lengthwise. Mix pudding with 1 1/2 cups half and half. Let set 30 minutes. Spread between layers. Drizzle hot fudge down center of top of cake. Sprinkle with nuts.
