SHOYU CHICKEN 
2 lbs. chicken wings or thighs
1 tsp. MSG
1/4 c. corn oil
1/4 c. shoyu (Kikkoman)
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 inch ginger, grated

Place chicken in a foil lined baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over the chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, turning chicken twice. Thicken sauce with cornstarch to serve.
