CLAREMONT SALAD 
1 med.-lg. head cabbage, shredded
4 carrots, cut into thin coins
3 cucumbers, cut into coins
2 green peppers, cut up
1 lg. onion, cut into sm. rings

Blend: 1 1/4 c. oil 1 1/2 c. sugar 2/3 c. water 2 tbsp. + 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. garlic powder 1/8 tsp. pepper

Marinate 24 hours.
