TURKEY RANCH ROLLS 
1 pkg. sliced Swiss cheese
2 pkg. sliced turkey luncheon meat
10 thin sliced boiled ham
2 tsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 egg
3 tbsp. shortening
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1 carton horseradish dip

Cut Swiss cheese slices in half. Place cheese between turkey and ham slices. Roll up and secure with toothpick. Stir together flour, salt, pepper and allspice. Beat egg until blended. Coat meat rolls with flour mixture. Dip each into egg, then roll in bread crumbs.

Melt shortening in skillet and fry meat rolls, turning to brown all sides. Heat horseradish dip. Place meat rolls on a warm platter. Remove picks and serve with horseradish dip.
