HEAVENLY HASH CAKE 
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. self-rising flour
1 c. pecans, chopped
8 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
3 tbsp. cocoa

Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs and other ingredients except marshmallows. Bake in buttered 9x9x2 inch pan at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Test with toothpick. While cake bakes, make icing.

ICING:

2 tbsp. cocoa
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 box powdered sugar
2 to 4 tbsp. evaporated milk

Mix all ingredients until well blended. Icing will be thin. Remove cake from oven and pour marshmallows over hot cake. When cake is cooled, put icing on cake in pan.

Makes 36 squares (1 1/2 inches each).
