CHICKEN A LA KING 
3 sm. cans Swanson chicken (I use two white and "mixin" chicken)
1 can pimiento
1 bell pepper, sliced and simmered tender
1 sm. can mushrooms
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 to 3/4 c. milk, depending on fat quantity
1/4 c. white wine
Salt and pepper to taste

(You can use green chilies if pepper is not available).

Make a white sauce from butter, flour and milk to desired consistency. Add other ingredients, wine and seasonings last, stirring constantly. Serve over toast, noodles or rice. Servings 3- 4.
