ANTHONY'S PEANUT BRITTLE 
1 1/2 c. raw nuts
1/2 c. white Karo syrup
1 c. white sugar
1 pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda

In an iron frying pan cook peanuts, syrup, sugar and salt until peanuts are done. Add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. Pour into greased cookie pan. Let cool. Drop pan to break up peanut brittle.
