SANDY'S EASY PEANUT BRITTLE | |
1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. nuts (peanuts, chopped pecans) 1 tbsp. white Karo syrup Line a 9-inch cake pan with foil and butter thoroughly. Bring ingredients to a boil in a 10-inch skillet (not nonstick). Stir constantly. Boil until mixture turns golden brown (at least 6 minutes). Stir constantly. Quickly spread candy in pan. Cool, then peel off foil. Break into pieces. |
