ZUCCHINI JAM 
6 c. grated zucchini, peeled
6 c. sugar
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 c. pineapple and juice
1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange Jello

Boil zucchini for 6 minutes. Add sugar, lemon juice and pineapple and juice. Boil 6 minutes. Remove from heat. Add Jello. I process 5 minutes to seal jars if it doesn't seal.
