CRANBERRY PORK ROAST | |
3-4 lb. pork roast Salt & pepper 1 c. ground or finely chopped cranberries 1 c. honey 1 tsp. grated orange peel 1/4 tsp. ground cloves 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg Sprinkle roast with salt and pepper. Place in a slow cooking pot. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over roast. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours. Makes 6-8 servings. |
