PINEAPPLE - CRANBERRY PORK LOIN | |
1 (4 lb.) pork loin roast Salt & pepper 1 (1 lb.) can crushed pineapple 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 1 can cranberry sauce 1/4 tsp. cloves Season roast with salt and pepper, and place in slow cooker. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over pork. Cover and cook for 8 to 10 hours on low. To serve, slice and spoon sauce over each portion. |
