CRANBERRY-GLAZED PORK ROAST 
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. grated orange peel
2 tbsp. orange juice
2 tbsp. dry sherry
1 can (16 oz.) whole berry cranberry sauce
4 lb. boneless pork loin

In small saucepan, stir together all ingredients except pork. Cook over medium heat, stirring until thickened. Set aside.

Place roast in baking dish; roast at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Spoon 1/2 glaze over roast and continue cooking for 30-45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing and serve remaining sauce. Serves 16. Makes a beautiful Christmas roast.
