YORK'S POTATO SALAD 
2 cloves garlic
1/2 c. onions
1/2 c. celery
3 boiled eggs
1/2 c. pickles (Kosher or dill)
8 c. boiled potatoes
1/4 c. Miracle Whip (or mayonnaise)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. pickle juice (optional)
1 tsp. paprika

Finely chop onions, garlic, celery, pickles and eggs. Place in 3 quart bowl. Add in 8 peeled, cut and boiled potatoes. (To cut down on cooking time, boil eggs with potatoes.) Add Miracle Whip or mayonnaise, salt, pepper, dry mustard and paprika. Pickle juice is optional.

Mix all ingredients, then mash, depending on desired texture. Add additional salt and pepper for desired taste. Sprinkle paprika on top of finished dish. Makes 10-12 servings.
