FIESTA APPETIZER PIE | |
3 ripe avacodos Dash salt 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 (8 oz.) sour cream 2 green onions, finely chopped 1 (8 oz.) jar taco sauce 1 c. (or 4 oz.) finely shredded Monterey Jack cheese Mash avacodos, lemon juice and salt together, spread on bottom of 9 inch pie plate. Over this, spread the sour cream, making sure to cover avacodos. Sprinkle cheese over all. Cover and refrigerate until serving time. Serve with taco chips. |
