CHICKEN FIESTA 
8 chicken breasts (skinless & boneless)
4 green onions
1 c. cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. taco seasoning mix
2 tbsp. oil
1 can green chilies
2 c. whipping cream
4 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules

Mix crumbs and taco seasoning. Coat chicken, place in pan. Chop onions and saute in oil. Grate cheeses. Mix onions, whipping cream, cheeses, chilies and bouillon. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
