CHICKEN STUFFED TORTILLAS 
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped green chilies
1/4 c. chopped green bell peppers
2 tbsp. butter
1 can tomato soup
1/4 c. water
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1/4 c. sliced pitted ripe olives
2 tsp. vinegar
2 c. diced cooked chicken
10 flour tortillas
Corn oil

GARNISH;
Shredded lettuce
Shredded yellow cheese
Chopped tomatoes
Chopped onion

1. Saute onion, green onion, green pepper in butter until tender, add soup, water, taco seasoning, olives, green chilies and vinegar for sauce.

2. Combine 1/2 cup sauce and chicken in a bowl for filling.

3. Soften tortillas one at a time in warm oil and remove.

4. Place 2 tablespoons of filling along center of tortilla and roll tortilla. Arrange in large baking dish.

5. Pour remaining sauce over tortillas in dish.

6. Cover dish and bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

7. Serve with garnish.
