RICOTTA CHEESE COOKIES 
1/2 lb. butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 lb. ricotta cheese
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda

Cream butter and sugar together. Add the eggs and cheese, next the vanilla, flour, powder and soda. Teaspoon off onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes, the bottoms will be golden brown and the tops will be light in color.

FROSTING:

1 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
3 tsp. milk

Mix the sugar and milk together until smooth.
