SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE 
4 c. sweet potatoes, grated and uncooked
1/2 c. butter
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. chopped nuts
1 c. milk
1/2 c. Karo syrup
1 c. raisins
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cloves

Mix all ingredients together, except eggs, in large mixing bowl. Beat eggs slightly and add gradually. Grease baking dish with butter and bake for approximately 40 minutes at 325 degrees.
