MEATLESS LOAF 
1 c. finely chopped or ground nuts (walnuts or pecans)
1 c. Progresso bread crumbs
1 finely chopped onion
4 eggs
1 c. shredded yellow Colby cheese
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. sage (opt.)

Mix well. Press into greased loaf pan, cover with tomato sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
