HOT TACO RICE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. salsa
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 cube chicken bouillon
1 1/2 c. Minute Rice
Black olives, pitted
Cheese
Tom-s sour cream

Brown the meat with the onion. Drain fat. Add salsa, tomato sauce and bouillon. Bring to a boil. Cover and top with grated cheese, black olives, tomatoes and sour cream. Place rice on plate, pour over meat mixture, top with black olives, cheese, tomatoes and sour cream. Serves 4.
