BEST BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
1/2 c. Crisco (or oil)
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
4 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
3 qt. blueberries or less (may use other berries)

1. Mix Crisco, eggs and salt.

2. Sift flour and baking powder in separate bowl.

3. Add 1 and 2; mix with milk and vanilla. Fold in 3 quarts blueberries.

4. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. 3 dozen small ones.
