MOIST WHITE COCONUT CAKE 
2 1/2 c. cake flour
1 3/4 c. granulated sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. vegetable oil
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Few drops almond flavoring

Sift first 4 ingredients together. Add rest of items. Beat 2 minutes with mixer. Add 5 egg whites and beat 2 more minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.

ICING: Put coconut between layers and on top of cake.
