CHEESE AND VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Swiss cheese, cut in matchstick size pieces
1 lg. green pepper, cut in julienne strips
2 green onions, thinly sliced
2 c. thinly sliced celery
2 c. shredded carrots
1 jar (4 oz.) diced pimentos, drain
3/4 - 1 c. slivered almonds
1 carton (8 oz.) dairy sour cream
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
4 drops hot pepper sauce
Salt and pepper

In large salad bowl, toss together cheese, pepper, onions, celery, carrots, pimentos and almonds. In small mixing bowl, blend together sour cream, mustard, hot sauce and desired amounts of salt and pepper. Pour over vegetables and toss to blend. Serves 6-8.
