CHEESE AND VEGETABLE DIP 
1 1/3 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. finely chopped carrots
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1/4 c. chopped seeded pared cucumber
2 tbsp. green onion
2 tbsp. radishes
1 tbsp. chopped chives
1 tbsp. chopped fresh dill
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper

In work bowl of food processor or in blender container process cheese until smooth. Transfer to small mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Transfer to serving dish. Serve with celery and carrot sticks, cauliflower, broccoli and cherry tomatoes. If using blender, process 1/3 cup cheese at a time.
