LAYERED PUDDING DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
6 oz. Cool Whip
2 sm. instant puddings (chocolate or butterscotch)
3 c. milk

Mix flour, butter and nuts; spread in greased 8"x8" dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes; cool.

Mix together cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip; spread on crust.

Mix pudding and milk; spread on cream cheese mixture.

Spread on remaining Cool Whip and top with nuts.
