CHOCOLATE FONDUE 
6 (1 oz.) sqs. unsweetened chocolate
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. light cream
1/2 c. butter
1/8 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. creme de cocoa or instant coffee

Melt chocolate low heat. Add sugar, cream butter, salt; STIRRING CONSTANTLY, until thick. Add creme de cocoa. When thick, put on fondue slice: banana, marshmallows, apples, pound cake, strawberries. Dip in fondue with fondue forks.
