1 bunch broccoli, cut small
1/2 head cauliflower, cut small
10 strips bacon, browned and diced
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. vinegar

Mix all in large bowl, cover and chill.
