ICE BOX PIE 
1 can crushed pineapples, drained
1 med. size red maraschino cherries, chopped
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
2 graham cracker crusts

In large mixing bowl, mix cream cheese and Cool Whip until well mixed. Then add pineapples, cherries, and confectioners' sugar; mix well. Add pecans and pour into graham cracker crust. This is enough ingredients for two pies.
