ALMOND BRAN BREAD 
2 egg yolks
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. finely ground blanched almonds
1 tsp. double acting baking powder
2 tbsp. bran
2 stiffly beaten egg whites

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Beat the egg yolks until light. Cream with the butter. Mix in almonds and baking powder. Add bran and egg whites. Pour the batter into greased bread loaf pan. Bake for 25 minutes.
