1 lb. lean ground beef
1 can tomato sauce
2 tbsp. hot sauce
1 sm. onion, diced
1/2 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. chili powder

Brown meat and crumble with diced onion. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for about 1 hour. Spoon off any grease from the top.
