"NO BAKE" BUTTERSCOTCH BARS | |
1 c. sugar 2 beaten eggs 3/4 c. butter 2 c. graham cracker crumbs 2 c. miniature marshmallows 1 c. coconut 1/2 c. nuts 1/2 c. peanut butter 1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips Cook sugar, eggs, and butter over low heat, stirring constantly, for about 5 minutes. Cool, then add graham cracker crumbs, marshmallows, coconut, and nuts. Put mixture in a lightly greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Melt peanut butter and chips, then spread over top for frosting. In warm weather these bars need to be refrigerated. |
