NO BAKE BUTTERSCOTCH COOKIES | |
2 c. sugar 3/4 c. butter 1 pkg. instant butterscotch pudding 2/3 c. evaporated milk 3 1/2 c. rolled oats (quick cooking) 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. peanut butter (opt.) Bring to boil sugar, milk and butter; boil 1 minute and remove from fire immediately add instant pudding, oats, vanilla and peanut butter. Mix thoroughly, cool. Raisins may be added with oats and pudding. These are drop cookies. |
