6 c. spinach
2 oranges, sliced
1 c. sliced mushrooms
2-3 kiwi peeled and sliced
1 c. bean sprouts, washed and dried
1/2 red onion, separated into rings
4 slices bacon, crumbled
1 c. toasted almonds

Mix the above ingredients and toss with the following dressing. 1/4 c. wine vinegar 2 tsp. soy sauce 1 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. curry powder 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. pepper
