CATHERINE BELL'S COFFEE FLUFF 
1/2 lb. marshmallow (32 lg.)
1 c. hot coffee
Pinch of salt
1 c. cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Place marshmallows in top of double boiler. Add coffee and salt; stir until smooth. Chill until it begins to set. Fold in cream (whipped) and vanilla. Chill. Arrange in sherbet glasses when set. Serves 6.
