MEXICAN STYLE CORN 
1 sm. bell pepper & sm. onion
2/3 c. pimientos
2 cans creamed corn
1/2 stick butter

Pan fry peppers and onions in butter until tender. Remove from pan. Put corn in casserole dish. Mix corn with peppers, onion and pimientos. Place in oven on 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
