1 pkg. Duncan Hines (yellow or choc.) cake mix
2 eggs
1 can thank you brand chocolate pudding

Stir mixture thoroughly by hand. Grease and flour 9 X 12 cake pan. After putting cake in pan, sprinkle 1 cup chocolate chips, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, and 3/4 cup chopped nuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool and eat.
