MICROWAVE FUDGE 
1 lb. powdered sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 c. milk
1/4 lb. butter
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Blend sugar and cocoa in bowl then add milk and butter. (Note: Do not mix these two ingredients, merely place in bowl.) Cook in microwave on high power for 2 minutes. Remove bowl from oven and stir just to mix ingredients. Add vanilla and nuts. Stir until blended. Pour into greased 8 inch square dish and place in refrigerator for 1 hour or freezer for 20 minutes. Cut and serve.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
