CHICKEN AVOCADO SOUP 
In blender chop 2 tablespoons of walnut or pecans pieces, 1 small clove garlic, peeled, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 cups chicken broth, 1 small avocado, peeled and slices. Whirl all ingredients together until smooth; chill.

Since no cooking is involved this is great for hot weather. Serves 4.
