QUICK COFFEE CAKE 
CAKE:

2 c. Bisquick
1 c. rolled oats
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
6 tbsp. oil
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients and mix well until blended. Pour in a 13 x 9 pan and bake 45 minutes.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. packed brown sugar
6 tbsp. milk
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Combine ingredients; spread evenly over warm cake. Place under broiler 5-inches from heat until topping is bubbly.
