BACON STUFFED POTATOES 
4 lg. baking potatoes
2/3 c. green onions, chopped
4 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
12 slices bacon, crisply cooked & crumbled
Garlic salt to taste
Cheddar cheese, grated

Wash potatoes and wrap in aluminum foil. Bake at 450 degrees for 1 hour. Remove potatoes from foil and cut in 1/2 lengthwise. With a spoon, scoop potato out of skin. Saute green onions and combine with sour cream and grated cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Restuff potato and top with a dash of garlic salt and grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Yield: 8 servings.
