CARAMEL APPLE DIP | |
4 or 5 med. size apples 1 (14 oz.) bag caramels 2 to 4 tbsp. milk Wash and dry apples. Slice in half. Use melon baller to remove core and slice into bite-size slices. Microwave caramels and 2 tablespoons milk in small deep glass bowl on high 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes, stirring after each minute until sauce is smooth. Add additional milk gradually until good dipping consistency is achieved. (Children eat more apple this way.) |
