CARAMEL APPLE DIP 
4 or 5 med. size apples
1 (14 oz.) bag caramels
2 to 4 tbsp. milk

Wash and dry apples. Slice in half. Use melon baller to remove core and slice into bite-size slices.

Microwave caramels and 2 tablespoons milk in small deep glass bowl on high 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes, stirring after each minute until sauce is smooth. Add additional milk gradually until good dipping consistency is achieved. (Children eat more apple this way.)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
