6 or 7 oz. pkg. chicken flavored rice
2 green onions sliced thin
1/2 green bell pepper chopped
8 stuffed green olives sliced
2 jars marinated artichoke hearts chopped
1/4 tsp. curry powder
2 tsp. beaw monde
1/2 c. mayonnaise mixed with a little artichoke marinate
3/4 c. chopped celery
1 flat tin waterchestnuts cut up

Cook and cool rice. Toss in vegetables and mix in mayonnaise.
