TORTILLA CASSEROLE 
12 corn tortillas, cut into 1" wide strips
2/3 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
3 1/2 c. shredded Jack cheese
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1-2 c. cooked chopped chicken, optional
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced olives, drained
1/4 c. minced onion
1 c. sour cream
1 egg, beaten
Touch of cayenne pepper, optional

Beat together milk, sour cream, egg, salt and cayenne. In 3 quart casserole layer 1/3 of each: Tortillas, cheeses, chicken, chiles, olives and onions, then 1/3 sour cream mixture. Continue until done. (Reserve 1/2 cup cheese.)

Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Return to oven uncovered for 10 more minutes.
