CARROT CAKE (WITH PINEAPPLE) | |
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil 2 c. sugar 3 eggs (whole) 2 c. grated carrots 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, sifted 1 c. chopped nuts 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. vanilla Cream oil, sugar and eggs well. Sift flour, soda, salt and cinnamon together. Then add to creamed mixture. Add vanilla last. Beat well and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. |
