1 lb. Oreo cookies
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 1/2 c. milk
2 sm. pkg. instant pudding, any flavor
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip

Mix together crushed cookies and melted butter. Save some for garnish. Spread remaining crumb mixture in bottom of 9 x 13 pan.
