1 sm. pkg. Oreo cookies
1/2 gal. ice cream
1 jar Smuckers chocolate sauce
1 lg. Cool Whip
1/4 c. nuts
1/4 c. minced maraschino cherries
1 tbsp. water or cream

Crush 1 small package Oreo cookies. Moisten crumbs with water or cream until wet enough to press in the bottom of 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Soften 1/2 gallon of ice cream. Spread on top of crumbs.

Spread 1 jar Smucker's chocolate sauce on top of ice cream. Spread 1 large size Cool Whip on top of sauce. Sprinkle with nuts and cherries. Freeze.
