MOCK CHAMPAGNE PUNCH 
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 c. grape juice
2/3 c. orange juice
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 c. ginger ale

Serves 50:
5 c. sugar
5 c. water
5 c. grape juice
2 1/2 c. orange juice
2 c. lemon juice
5 qt. ginger ale

Boil sugar and water for 3 minutes. Cool. Add juices and chill. Add chilled ginger ale when ready to serve.
