PEANUT BUTTER DOG BISCUITS 
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup white flour
1/2 cornmeal
1/2 cup dry powdered milk
1 tbsp. sugar or 1-1/2 tsp honey*
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup chicken stock
1 egg slightly beaten
* sugared honey needs to be reconstituted to a liquid before use.

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a large bowl, combine flours, cornmeal, powdered milk, sugar (if using) and salt. With a pastry blender or fork, cut in peanut butter until mixture is crumbly.

Then add.... If using Honey add to chicken stock and beaten egg. Add cold water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until dough forms a ball. On a lightly floured surface, knead dough. Roll out on a floured surface to 1/2" thick. use cookie cutter or knife for size desired.

Place on ungreased baking sheets (preferably lined with parchment paper).

Bake 30-35 minutes until golden. Cool on baking sheets on wire rack.
